00 Introduction & Acknowledgement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 111ck platform and all its services. By accessing the website or application, registering an account, or using any gaming or betting service, you will be considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 111ck's services. These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

01 Definitions

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use an account on the 111ck platform, a user must be at least 21 years of age or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Proof of identity may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, or multiple accounts under the same household member's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and funds forfeited.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

All information provided when opening an account must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure the wagering requirement on any bonus balance in your account has been fully met. Only funds for which wagering is complete are eligible for withdrawal.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This means depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, letting you start gaming with a total of ৳2,000. Maximum bonus example: depositing ৳42,000 gives a ৳20,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This condition applies to the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• Wagering must be completed within the specified period from the date the bonus is received.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• If there is evidence of abuse or manipulation of bonus offers, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 111ck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

Regular players can earn weekly cashback through our VIP program. There are five tiers:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Players can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and activity.

05 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Permitted Use

The 111ck platform may be used for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the platform to gain commercial advantage, or placing bets or playing games on behalf of a third party, is prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent activities, use of software, bots, or automated systems.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Coordinating with household members to fulfil bonus conditions.
• Using third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's servers or network.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving abusively towards other users.

5.3 Consequences of Violations

If there is evidence of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, 111ck reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel the account, seize funds, and take necessary legal action.

06 Account Security & Privacy

6.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Never share your password with a third party. Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.

6.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

07 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play

All games on 111ck are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial results.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are clearly displayed during play. All bets must be placed within these limits.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a network disconnection or technical error, the outcome of that game will be determined according to the server log. In such circumstances, 111ck's decision is final.

7.4 Sports Betting

09 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Before closing your account, make sure all eligible balances have been withdrawn.

9.2 Suspension by 111ck

111ck may suspend or cancel an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

• Suspicion of financial irregularities.

10 Dispute Resolution

12 Amendments to Terms and Validity

12.1 Right to Amend

111ck reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. In the case of significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via email or through a notice on the platform.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by the nearest legally valid alternative.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between 111ck and the user.
